decent stay with some minor issues
convenient location free tram various cuisines missing fridge dusty vent uncomfortable mattress
i found the location to be very convenient. i could easily walk to nearby attractions. the hotel offered a free tram to other resorts, it helped to explore the area. there were several restaurants on-site offering various cuisines.
the room lacked a mini fridge, this was inconvenient. i noticed some dust in the bathroom air vent. the mattress was not very comfortable, it impacted my sleep quality.

Solid Choice on the Strip
comfortable beds clean hotel friendly staff quiet room
The room was a great size and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is clean and I liked the no smoking throughout the main areas. All the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. The room was actually very quiet and I had no trouble getting to sleep at the end of the night.

Carlos and Jesse are awesome at Primrose. Food was easy to access. Traveling to Bacchanal was quick. The max time was like 30 mins without a car, though the walking distance can be a bit much at times.

The room was nice for the price. It includes nice window coverings, pillows, and good water pressure. The beds are perfect and the sheets and bedding is like a cloud, though no mini fridge is available.

The tram and other hotels were easy to access. Traveling to Shark Reef, and Mgm grand was quick. The hotel is right in the middle of the strip! I could use all the parkings of the hotel group.

Check in was super easy, and the front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. Jack Gamboa in Security is amazing. He is a top notch person in every way. The desk staff could be friendlier!

app keys food options
i liked the app keys for the room. i did not need to wait at reception to check in. the resort is easy to navigate and offers great food options. non smoking was a plus.
my room lacked a refrigerator. it also did not have a coffee maker. i usually stay at the venetian, which has those.

all interactions with staff were positive. they were attentive and quick to address any concerns. i found the cocktail service to be consistent and better than other casinos visited.

the hotel provides easy access to the tram system. i could get to aria and bellagio without much walking. it is centrally located, allowing convenient exploration of the surrounding area.

I really enjoyed the non-smoking environment. It. the location was perfect for getting around. I walked to most places, including cirque du soleil shows. the hotel encouraged responsible towel usage, and there were enough spots to hang them to dry. I found this helpful.
the shower dripped for a couple of nights, it was difficult to fall asleep, though i didn't have time to report it before my flight.

The room featured a king-size bed, a work desk, and a seating area with a small table. These features suited my needs for both work and rest. there were ample outlets available for charging devices, with convenient placement near the bed and desk. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The primrose waitstaff provided really good service. They were attentive and quick to respond to requests. room service was prompt. My coffee arrived in about eight minutes, this made my mornings easier. the staff always remembered me due to my tipping habits.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I was able to maintain my workout routine. eataly was located on-site, offering diverse food options, and i visited it multiple times. the hotel includes multiple pools accessible to guests.

The cleaning service was great. The cleaning lady remembered my room number when i asked her to refill the shower gel.
The internet was horrible! i had trouble connecting and maintaining a stable connection throughout my stay. This was really frustrating because i needed it for work.

the location is convenient to the dolby theater and t-mobile arena. a shuttle to the bellagio provided easy access to more dining options. earning rewards points through the mgm family program was a plus for me.
